want fresh stories; don't leave articles online for days
I know that you update stories all the time. So why do some stories seem to be on the website for days? Is it because they have the sensational headlines and you want to use them to catch the eye of new readers? As a daily reader, I am turned off by the stories that appear day after day.

Inappropriate?I'll agree with this one. I actually prefer the direction the new layout is going, but the idea of seeing stale stories is crazy. The should move off the main page after 24 hours.

Inappropriate?Hi Lovoy and Maxwell, thanks for the feedback on this. While most of the home page headlines are updated daily, you are correct that there are a few sections here and there that are not updated daily, as they may be weekly or bi-weekly features. Also, if certain features are popular, such as our Snapped! and mug shots gallery, we tend to keep them on the home page if we notice daily renewed interest in them from readers.
I will be sure to share your feedback with the editors of the site who make home page programming decisions. And thanks again for letting us know. -
Inappropriate?like i've mentioned before... if the site was at least half it's site it could accommodate to peoples wants and needs more
I’m confused

Inappropriate?I don't mind the stories reappearing because then I can more easily follow up to see if new comments have been added. I do like the fact that the red "updated x minutes ago" appears on the newer stories because it is easy to pick out the new items.
