Impossible Rating
Well I'm amazed that no one has asked this question before, but I just came across a website that shows an impossible rating of 4.92 by 6 people. If 6 people rate an article with 5 stars the resulting average is 5. If only one of them rates it with 4 the average is 29/6 = 4.67. Am I missing something?

Happy to say this question has been raised and answered before: although this sometimes looks weird we assign weights to rates based on different criterion. Criterion are mostly related to the reliability of the rate. You can read more about this here
