So I opened a new blog at http://re-commended.blogspot.com. I can't add the widget, though. Already tried with both IE 6.0 and Firefox. And I already tried removing it and putting it back on. I also tried looking for the code <$BlogItemBody$> as suggested in another posting here. :( Any ideas?

Inappropriate?Hi KC
I visited the source of your blog and found no evidence for our widget installation.

Inappropriate?Hi KC,
This is turning out to be a problem a lot of people are experiencing. See the thread I just started here: http://getsatisfaction.com/outbrain/t...
There is a temporary work around here that should help you out. Let me know if this doesn't work. We're trying to put together a permanent fix very soon.
Thanks,
Kate

Inappropriate? Thanks for the super fast response. I still don't know what to do with the code once I get to Blogger, though. Do you guys have any idea when the issue can be fixed so that we won't require the workaround? Unfortunately, I don't know enough about javascripts to know what to do.
Thanks again for the super fast service.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?Hi KC,
Unfortuately I'm not sure when exactly we'll have fix for this issue. Hopefully very soon. In the mean time I can talk you through placing the widget in your code if you like.
Go through the install process as usual until you reach the blogger page that says "Add Page Element" at the top but instead of clicking "Add Widget" click "Edit Content." Then copy all of the java script that appears to your clip board. Then click on your dashbord (this is on the blogger frame at the top of your page. Go to "Layout" >> "Edit html." Then search for the code until you see the lines of code below:

Place the copied code in between these two lines (line breaks don't matter).
Give this a try and let me know how it goes.
Thanks!
Kate
