"Open Quickly" isn't reliable

When it works, it's wonderful, but a lot of random times it doesn't show all the results as it's supposed to. i.e. I'm trying to open a file called "main.php" and I've several named the same under the active "Site", on different folders of course. Sometimes the popup will just show me one, even if I type the full name with extension (retyping or waiting doesn't help). Other times (in the same session) it'll correctly show them all. The file is there all the times, but I have to toggle the "File Browser" and hunt for it. Very frustrating.
