Changes aren't being tracked

When I caught wind that indentation is maintained from pasted snippets and clips in 1.6.3, I decided to fire up Coda and give it another shot. Coming from TextMate, that was a huge annoyance I couldn't get passed.

Now I have a new problem. Changes aren't being tracked at all. Or perhaps they are, but the icon isn't showing up beside modified local files as it used to, and no "publish all" button. I saw a screenshot someone had posted that also showed a SVN icon on modified files - I'm not seeing that either and SVN is enabled for this particular site. When I open the little SVN window, I can see the modified files there.

I've done my homework, and I realize that incorrect paths is normally the issue. I've tried every variation of the path that could possibly work to no avail. I've gone as far as to completely wipe Coda from my system (via AppZapper) and start from scratch, but that doesn't seem to have helped.

Any ideas? I'd love to use Coda for my day-to-day work, but there always seems to be something holding me back. Now it's the MIA publish notifications.
