File content completely disappears randomly

While using Coda some of my files are randomly emptied. The content just disappears. Here are the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open a text file (doesn't seem to matter which one, or what kind)
2. Edit the file (Even just add a space somewhere to test)
3. Publish the file
4. Switch to any other app using any method (i.e. cmd+tab, click on dock, etc.)
5. Switch backs to Coda.
6. Content will disappear out of opened files.

Any idea whats going on?
