Multi-file search and replace should always ignore .svn directories.

When using Coda with a Subversion-enabled site, multi-file search should always ignore the contents of the .svn directories. I understand that "Hide Invisible Files" produces the desired result, but there are many times when searching invisible files is necessary (.htaccess chief among them). There is no instance I can think of when editing the contents of a .svn directory is advisable.
