Source Control Status quirk when adding files to SVN

Whenever I manually add a file (or several) to a Coda Site, it appears in the SCS as it's supposed to, then I click "Add" and the file disappears for a moment, then it comes back but still with an "Add" button. If I hit "Refresh project status" it changes to "Commit" as it should, but if I forget this extra step and commit, the file isn't included.
