SVN Meta Properties not committed

Coda's subversion integration doesn't commit svn meta properties on directories. For instance, editing the svn:externals property on a directory using the command line will produce an "_M" when running `svn status` and coda will update properly based on this change, but it will not commit the change to the repository; command line commit is required.
