Accurate results for my answers,but one should be able to make small tweaks.

I thought it was very accurate, kind of scary! That's good. I might have been a little too idealistic in answering some questions. One should be able to go back and tweak some answers +- 5% to see how it changes the results. Believe it or not most of the suggestions were for things I have done or things that I'm currently involved with. Their are other consideration's people take into account when looking for a vocation.Wealth is a good example.
I noticed that it suggested non-profitsas a career path. This tends to be a career path for those not worried about income. I currently run a non-profit, and one can often find the best talent who are willing to work for free. Many people that come in are either starting there career path, or are at or past the end, Those at the the end just want to stay productive, while making a difference. Money is not a factor. In fact, most want to contribute and work! This has been enjoyable, and I would refer others to the site.
