great site, needs a few tweeks

great site & powerful tools over all. I had a few problems with uploading my resume. Sometimes the interface wasn't entirely intuitive...or it did something a bit unexpected. Also, under the affiliations/networking tab, I was unable to add my twiter account, or to remove some of the items under affiliations.
