Javascript mouse hover and a few other thoughts
Several of the links do not have pointers when you hover over them because they seem to trigger javascript. I didn't think anything was happening when I clicked the link because the text that was changing below was so subtle. I noticed it on the Career Path section when clicking on years of experience.
Also, for the quiz results, it would be nice to see my attributes stacked on top of the attributes for a given field rather than side by side where I don't get a sense of the match. You may even want to give a match / relevancy score so you feel like you are getting more of an answer.
