Site has potential but needs a lot of work...
this site has a lot of bugs and is not user friendly at all. first while taking the personality quiz, on the first page the selected industies box disappeared while i was trying to add another industry. next when I uploaded my resume, your system duplicated some of my jobs, but there is no way to delete the duplications. Next, there is no place to upload or save a resume in a member's profile... this could be a really great job resource but it really needs some work.

Inappropriate?It sure does need a lot of work! We're doing the work now!
What you're looking at is an Alpha version. Some parts are more built out than others. We're doing a major product release in a week. We'll look into that quiz bug. Improved profiles won't be part of the next week, but we'll tackle that soon.
The next release has resume analytics, and will fully launch the career advice tools. So make sure you sign up for our e-mail list on the site for the latest info and thanks for your patience.
