Two nitpicky interface suggestions.
First, I've always hated selection lists that require you to basically click "add" from one list into another (e.g. your work experience selection list). I think it can be cumbersome for some users. I'm not sure about great alternatives, but I would suggest little tweaks like making selections drag-and-drop-able from one list to the other, or, having only one list and highlight each entry that someone clicks on as a selection (and removing it if they click again... perhaps with a checkmark next to it or something).
Second, this is really nitpicky, but the slider thumb is not horizontally centered over but rather left aligned to the current value on the slider. This makes all the sliders by default look off-center (slightly positive) and dragging all the way to the right has it go off the slider.

Inappropriate? How about a double click to get the industries from one side to the other?
As for the off center thing, we're def working on that... you're not the first to bring it up. -
Inappropriate?Double-click would be good. I think that was the first thing I tried to do.
