Can't insert paragraph breaks - text won't take edits
Hey there! I've found that a couple of times, the visual editor in my pbwiki sites (both 1.0 and 2.0) get "sticky". I won't be able to change the formatting-- for instance, if lines are running into each other but should be spaced as paragraphs, and I make that change in the visual editor, those changes will be ignored once I save.
I've tried cutting the text and working on it in WordPad, inserting the paragraph tags manually and at different points, trying to delete the text and re-format everything. But it really is as if the text is sticky and won't "take" my edits. I'm guessing it might have something to do with the way span tags work... maybe?
Any suggestions on how to get the text to display correctly? Thanks so much!

Inappropriate?Well, if you're using WordPad and inserting paragraph tags manually, you can probably do this in the source code on the wiki itself - just hit the "Source" button and use the HTML there.
Spans are definitely wonky, and I'd keep an eye out for stray div tags too.
I’m hoping everyone will learn to hand-code HTML someday!

We would hand-code more HTML if PBwiki's editor didn't mangle it after saving! -
Inappropriate?Actually, I don't want to hand-code anything. I was just trying to find a work-around to the visual editor's inability to make the edits I needed, and trying anything I could. But the fact is, even working in Wordpad and inserting p tags didn't resolve my problem....
So I'm guessing there's no work-around from the pbwiki workers? Anyone else having this problem?
I’m sighing

Inappropriate?I have this problem every time I use the "new, improved" editor (the most recent example was here). It takes several tries before the paragraph spacing will remain stable. My "workaround" is to use V1.0 wikis and the "Classic" editor. There are no workarounds for using the new editors.
I’m sad that PBwiki can't fix their own code
