As the admin, I shut off the notification to our registered group from the notification page. How can I turn it back on later?
From the "notification' page it allows me to turn off notification to our group. We are still constructing the site and it's not good to have notifications going out right now. But the names disappear! Why isn't there a button that allows one to turn them back on? I will want to do that after the info is up.

Inappropriate?Notifications settings are typically under the control of the person who wants to get them.
As an Admin, you do have the power to turn them off. We don't give you the power to suddenly start sending out notifications to everyone. They have to set up their own notifications.
