how do you remove the comments section from all pages
We are password protecting our Wiki for our students and parents only. However, we wish to remove the comments section as well. How do we do that?

You can't remove the comments section, but don't worry -- nobody can leave comments unless they're re logged in with editor access. So your comments section will remain un-commented-on! -
Inappropriate?Yes, you can easily hide the Comments section, by placing this code in a 'Google Gadget' plugin, in the SideBar:
<style>#comments { display:none !important; }</style>
