I'm sorry, we don't currently support notifications based on key words. That is a unique idea. As far as I know, you are the only one who's ever asked for it.
Just to be clear, can you tell me what you mean by keyword? Do you mean the page title or the page tag or a specific word somewhere in the text on a page?
