Why can't i play videos anymore?

I do not understand why videos do not show up anymore. It happened a couple of weeks ago. I'm not sure, but i used to watch anime videos. Like naruto, bleach,dbz ect. I used two sites to watch them. Now i can't use either because all i get when the video shows up is a little square with a painting. I'm not sure why this is. If nayone can help me out. It would help immensely. Here's a picture of it. My thinking is my flash is outdated, but i really do not know.
