We currently do not have a built-in-one-click export functionality, but that can be achieved by using our API ( http://wiki.goplan.info/Developers/We... ).

We are however improving time tracking in our new version, which started as a general time tracking but we are thinking os associating it to each ticket, task, etc. We are hoping we can deliver the update by September, as it is long waited and we owe it to our users.

With the new company scope, a general calendar will more than ever be required, but it is not in our requirements to the update.

It will need to be well thought and planned in order to present the best experience possible, so expect it to be in the next updates after this big one (which will surely be more frequent than before).

If your project is yours and isn't under a Free subscription, isn't there a "Add New Profile" under http(s)://goplan.org/"project-alias"/dashboard/userlist/ in the User Profiles?

Currently it is not possible to re-order categories.They are first filtered by having tasks or not, and then alphabetically.

We are currently working on filtering and ordering improvements, that will be made available with our next update.

The permissions can be created/edited/deleted in http(s)://goplan.org/"project-alias"/dashboard/userlist/ , allowing multiple permissions profiles for each project.

Our current permissions system is based in three basic permissions: "view", "edit" and "admin".

The "admin" allow you to view and edit anything that was posted in Goplan, from tickets to tasks, events, files, etc. This is basically and Administration profile that is given by default to the creator of the project and can be given other co-workers .

The "view" authorizes people to see and comment items but not to create the items themselves. In order to be able to create (without being the "admin") you have the "edit" permission. We also have the "download" and "upload" permission in files which is just another and more contextualized way for "view" and "edit".

You can test this in our demo account ( http://goplan.info/plans/ ).

It is not in our short-term (2-3 months) plans to develop a reporting feature.

Nevertheless we are always interested in user's suggestions so please do email us giving your thoughts on how would you like a reporting feature to be. It may turn out it can be integrated sooner.
