Happy to say this question has been raised and answered before: although this sometimes looks weird we assign weights to rates based on different criterion. Criterion are mostly related to the reliability of the rate. You can read more about this here

Your most popular widget is now on. Since you have only recently installed there were not many rates to base a 'most popular' list on, as long as we do not have enough information to base the widget on the widget does not appear. Now that your blog has accumulated a few more rates the widget is on and as you write more posts and as more and more rates come in the widget will become more useful.

Thanks for your input on this. It is very helpful.
As the web is constantly developing it is hard to find a good piece of data for identification. Url's change, feeds change, posts come and go. We decided to cling to the data that was the least vulnerable but obviously it still is. We try to identify such cases on an ongoing basis but sometimes the users beat us to it... in those cases, we try very hard to provide the best support we can.

While checking your problem we have found that your feeds' urls have changed which is what caused the problem.

I am not sure I understand your request. Do you want to delete specific rates or do you wish to remove the rater altogether?
To remove the rater you can go to:
