Olly replied on November 23, 2009 14:37 to the question "XLS File Export" in FreeAgent Central:
Hi Josh
We're aware of the issue with Google Docs, sorry about that. The export works fine in Excel but we're using an older XLS format which probably explains the problems here.
We're aware that there are improvements which we need to make in this regard, and it's something we plan on improving in the not-too-distant future.
Olly replied on November 23, 2009 09:57 to the question "Can I save Invoice items for multiple use?" in FreeAgent Central:
Hi Humber,
At the moment this isn't possible although it's something we're considering. We're also considering allowing invoices to be duplicated, which may offer an alternative solution?
We do have auto-complete on the invoice item description field though, which should make it somewhat less time-consuming to add the same items.

Hi Rico,
It isn't possible to manually edit the fixed text although we can add Portugese as an output language for invoices and estimates. Would you be able to help out?

No, you just need to visit that settings page and update the name -- all your data will be maintained, just the URL will be different. – Olly, on November 19, 2009 15:13

Hi Neil
We're not seeing any issues on our side with the servers. Which browser version and operating system are you using?

Hi Rachel
Sorry about this -- I can't find any record of your request in our help desk. Did you email support@freeagentcentral.com?
Either way I've extended your trial for a couple of weeks -- let us know how you get on!

Olly replied on November 10, 2009 10:47 to the problem "Uploading explanation attachment beachballs Safari 4" in FreeAgent Central:
Hi Dan
We're storing all our receipt data on Amazon's Simple Storage System (S3) and it's fairly common for timeouts to occur when up- or downloading data, so this probably explains what happened for you.
That said, this isn't a great user experience for you! We're aware that this can be a problem and we have plans to make this upload happen transparently which will ensure you don't see the problem again. We're not quite there with this yet, but it's something we'll be completing in the coming months.
Olly
