Hmm yeah I can see your problem there... it would be hard to pickup what was the actual invoice number and what was the suffix, unless there was a separate global field somewhere that stored the current suffix...

Is there any way to append a suffix to an invoice... all my 08 invoices are xxxx08 for example and don't really want to start with a different numbering scheme...

I think it would be a good idea to be able to have a number of different optional attachements that you could select - I'm thinking of the situation whereby web hosting t&cs,for example, would be different to standard web development contract t&cs...

For some of my clients I get a different purchase order for a each, or a number of tasks - rather than at a project level - this is normally part of an ongoing web development project i.e. i'll do the base website and then they'll come back with tweaks and changes before we go live i.e. wanting "Widget X added", I'll quote, then they'll issue a new purchase order...
Ideally I'd like to invoice all of this in one lump, quoting the PO numbers against each invoice line... any chance of something like this being included?

Am thinking about signing up in the next few days or so, and just playing with the demo account...
I've created an invoice based on outstanding time and it's added in all the unbilled time...
But then I've gone to add a few extra items to the invoice and it's adding them all in under the first time item, making the invoice look messy. Shouldn't these be added at the end of the invoice?

Ideally it would be great if you could re-order items in the invoice so you could lay it out exactly as you wanted... maybe using a drag/drop type interface?

Will we be able to combine a number of quotes into a single invoice? With a lot of my clients I'll quote on a number of separate changes for things on their websites (£20 here, £50 there) and then just do one itemised invoice at the end of the month... I don't really want to go down the route of having a separate invoice for each item...
