Sorry for the disturbance in service. I talked to our engineers and they let me know the issue was with our backbone provider. They identified the issue and had the site back up as soon as possible. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Once you log in as a paying user, you will see an "Examples" link below the cover image on http://safari.oreilly.com/0131872494 that will include the files from the book's CD.

Yes. If you have a valid Safari account, you will be able to download the CD content for that title directly from the book catalog page. The reason you may not see this option is because "Examples" links only shows up for logged in users.
