Had another incident in the past week: my mother sent a package to my home address with a signature REQUIRED for delivery. The package was left outside my front door when I wasn't home, thus delivered without a signature. Had it been stolen like usual, I'm sure they would've said it was delivered and not their fault. USPS is an offensive excuse for a service at this point.

Additionally, I'd like to know if anyone from Jottit is even listening and actively working on it anymore? It seems kind of like a ghost town on the news and updates.

Do you mean the page to retrieve your already exported files or the page to request your export ( http://pownce.com/settings/export ). If you've already requested your export and you continue to get a 404 after several tries, let me know and I'll connect you with our developers who can make sure you get your data out.
