Hi,

Is there a way for a company to not accept support?

We've recently created a getsatisfaction account for our company(to reserve the name) but for sereval reasons, we are not ready to switch our support to getsatisfaction.

Also we prefer our users have only one entry point to our support, that's why we'd like to shelve our account (for the moment).

Is it possible?

Actually it works over macFUSE so it should certainly be an expandrive issue...

Would be really useful to have sites in sync, like Transmit does with favorites (through MobileMe).
