Hello David. How timely! Next week I plan to send some information about the calendar to our user group. Would you like to check it out and provide feedback? If so, you can sign up here: http://www.batchblue.com/user-group.html. Thanks!

Hello Boris. Thanks for writing in!
I've been thinking a bit about this lately... a central spot for all your attachments (so you can view/edit/delete/export in one place). Your idea got me thinking... we could also have an editable "Attached To" area where you can change what contacts or communications the attachment is attached to. Would this do the trick for you?
Thanks!
Adam Darowski asked a question in Panic Inc on January 08, 2009 04:53:
Are you using Coda and Git?I've seen some folks (mostly in Google Groups) reporting that they're using Git with Coda. I was able to install a converted TextMate Git bundle, too. Only thing is... I don't have a Git repository to try out yet (we may be moving to Git soon though). Before I purchase Coda (which I love) just want to make sure I'll be able to use it with Git.
Anyone running them together, for real, to vouch that this is possible?
Thanks!

Hello Maserati... some great feedback here!
We're hard at work on our API, so we're looking forward to many, many different ways to interact with your contacts, comms, and to-dos. Sounds like you could use an "always on" desktop widget that you can just drop data into from anywhere. I'd love something like that too!
You can stay up to date on API developments on our blog.
Thanks!

Hello Dobes—Importing all old email does make the assumption that you want ALL of your email to be tracked in your CRM. Our users for the most part have been picking emails to track and share with their team on an individual basis. Importing old mailboxes certainly isn't out of the question. It just hasn't been heavily requested (somewhat to my surprise).
I'm curious to see what other features you find valuable in a CRM. We've launched a lot of good stuff lately and I'd like to know what you think:
- a "feed reader" SuperTag that allows you to see a contact's latest blog posts, tweets, photos, bookmarks, etc. along side their contact data and communication history
- Powerful searching with any type of custom data you'd like to track.
- The ability to create To-Dos from the BatchBox email forwarding service in addition to forwarding emails
And much more documented in the Product Updates category of our blog. If you get a moment, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
Thanks,
-adam
