Hey Chris,

Our FAQ http://www.trazzler.com/about/faq should answer some of your questions about how our system works.

As far as timing goes, we read every trip that comes in and we go as fast as we possibly can. We're working hard to improve the process by creating tools to manage the workflow, and by adding folks who can help us on the the editorial side.

As far as a timeline goes, what's your take on a goal we should shoot for?

Can you send us a link to the trip you submitted? I'll make sure we review it and let you know what it took so long.

Regarding the review process, which part is mysterious? It would be very helpful to get your feedback, so thanks in advance.

As I mentioned below, we actually read every trip that comes through, and it can take us a while to read them all (we're a small team) so thanks for being patient with us.

Hi Susan,

I like your trip -- it sounds like a cozy spot.

If you submit a trip without a photo, we might mark the trip "read" then put it in a queue to get a photo.

Regarding the difference between the two kinds of trips on our site.... All trips published on Trazzler are public and accessible to the Trazzler audience. But while all trips are publicly available, the Trazzler editors are always reading through new trips to cherrypick those that stand out.

Unlike other sites, we actually read every trip that comes through, and it can take us a while to read them all (we're a small team) so thanks for being patient with us.

Can you help me delete a couple of products from http://getsatisfaction.com/trazzler/? We want to delete:

(1) Trazzler Contests
(2) Trazzler on Facebook

Only Trazzler.com should remain.
