Hey Guys,
Any Idea what you have to do to get a response out of the Intensedebate people. The support seems to be non existant. I've posted two problems now and also used the help section but still no response.
If I don't have some resolution to these issues in the next 24 hours I'm removing it from my site.
This is becoming a very unsatisfactory experience.

Can't Access Moderate CommentsWell that would be good to get an answer - Have not had one to my question about ID mangling URL links in comments.
Now I can't access Moderate comments. Keep getting 502 bad gateway
I'm losing patience fast with the bugs in this system and the support seems non existant

Yes it does not seem to matter what we do - post a raw URL or a TinyURL our use a code insert it gets this great garble of code.
i jusrt tried posting a raw URL and it worked this time. I'll post back here next time it does it again.
Its bloody annoying and you'd wonder how a large IT company like intensedebate owned by wordpress could be having this happen?

Intense debate is mangling linksWhy is my intensedebate mangling links. It does not matter what format we enter them in full url, Tiny URL of using code http://www.google.com
It mangles them -
But occasionally it does not and the link works.
Agmates replied on February 01, 2009 02:53 to the question "Are you planning on a WYSIWYG editor for id comments?" in IntenseDebate:
Thanks Michael -
Does your reply mean that you are actually working on this now ..... or just thinking about it.
With the resources of Wordpress which already has these features in their blog platform, I would not have thought it would have been that difficult to do, especially when all of this is available on this platform (though not in a WYSIWYG editor).
Suggestion - why don't you put a link in the comments with a popup that tells users how to use the code, just like you have here (Some HTML allowed)
Having said that Agmates intense debate comments at the present is not supporting the code <backquote> and we cannot insert links either in long URL form or Tiny URL's.
You guys are now a huge company - surely you can do better than this - Intense Debate has the Potential to be a killer app - we your users are crying out for more - we know exactly what we want - all we need is for you guys to do the development.
I'm not trying to be super critical, just trying to give you some honest straightforward feedback from a user who aren't coders.
I'm using intense debate on my site because i don't want to go to a forum. Agamtes is Australia's largest online rural community with over 10,000 tech deficient members. Please, please bring it up to what it could be.
Cheers - Your Agmate Steve</backquote>

Are you planning on a WYSIWYG editor for id comments? This may have been asked a 1,000 times but is there any plan to ad a WYSIWYG editor to the comments section with insert a link and insert an image. Why not be totally outrageous and include an insert Youtube Video?
Do that and you'd have a truly outstanding product. Ah I see you can upload an image in these comments - why can't our intense bedbate members have the same feature in their comments.
