I took a brief look at your CXML in Pivot and noticed that the error message read:
The element 'FacetCategories' in namespace 'htp://schemas.,microsoft.com/collection/metadata/2009' has invalid child element 'FacetCategoty' in namespace 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/collection/metadata/2009'...
It seems that your problem is due to mis-spelling FacetCategory above - fix that, and it should go away.
