Hi Sarah, I'm very sorry to hear you are having problems with your email account. If you have not already done so, I would recommend that you immediately contact your email service provider to let them know about this, they may also offer a way to reset your password automatically eg by answering a "secret question".
Just to clarify, are you also having a problem with one of our games? Or were you just looking for general advice with your email?

Alexandra Peters replied on December 14, 2009 01:06 to the problem "Fligh Control shuts down when I open it. Doesn't work!" in Firemint:
If you are having this problem - could I ask whether it is only a problem with Flight Control, or has it happened with other apps as well? Does it happen every time you try to start particular apps? (Unfortunately we aren't able to offer technical support for jailbroken phones as there are a lot of unknown issues once Apple's restrictions are removed.)

Hi hijung, I'm very sorry that despite our best efforts I'm afraid we haven't made much progress. If you've tried installing another app and re-authorising your computer, you could try installing v1.5 again (http://www.maclife.com/article/howtos.... If you prefer, you can also request a refund through Apple (as we do not control the financial transactions): I believe you can report a problem via your download history and request a refund that way. From your iTunes receipt, click "Purchase History" (opens iTunes) and then "Report a problem" (I'm not sure exactly what the steps are after this as I've never requestd a receipt, sorry!) – Alexandra Peters, on December 14, 2009 01:03

Hi Marian, I'm afraid we're stumped :( It seems that installing another app or re-authorising your computer fixes the issue for some people, but not for others. If you previously had v1.5, you can reinstall it by following these steps: http://www.maclife.com/article/howtos... - not ideal, but hopefully you can at least play again until we figure out what's going on! Please accept our apologies. – Alexandra Peters, on December 14, 2009 00:56

Hi everyone :) Thank you for all your comments about the other platforms you would like to see Flight Control on, it's really great for us to see that there is a lot of interest out there! As you may already have seen, we have announced Flight Control for Nintendo DSi. We don't have a launch date yet but we are trying to get it out there ASAP, just waiting for a few more things to click into place. We are also hoping to announce a few other platforms very soon, but sadly I can't say anything more just yet. We are really grateful for the wonderful response Flight Control has had, and of course we would like as many people as possible to be able to play it!

Hi Ian, I'm very sorry that we missed your post, I think that was probably because it didn't get flagged as a "problem". I realise you've probably moved on by now, but just in case this is still a problem please feel free to leave a reply and we will look into it! Hopefully one of the updates sorted things out and you've enjoyed many happy landings in the meantime!

Hi Cubixel, there is a great overview of Leagues on our blog: http://firemint.com/blog/?p=200 Essentially, there are 20 drivers in each group, and at the end of a championship the top 4 drivers move up into the next division, and the bottom 8 move down into the following division. So it's worth trying for first place if you want to work your way up :) Note that as you move up, the divisions will tend to become more competitive so it may not be the casual playstyle you're looking for anymore, but hopefully there is a happy medium for you somewhere!
You might like to suggest to your friends that they can try out the free limited version of Real Racing, Real Racing GTI (iTunes link: http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZ...)
We'll definitely consider all feedback for future developments, thanks for taking the time to share it :)

Hi Joe, sorry for the slow response, unfortunately we're a small company and we don't have anyone dedicated to answering questions full time :(
We changed your post to an idea so that the team can look at it for a possible future feature to add to Real Racing, thanks very much for your detailed feedback. Unfortunately there's no way to adjust the brake sensitivity at the moment.
Happy racing!

Hi Cubixel, have you tried out the Leagues? They are designed to shuffle the more "hard core" gamers into higher divisions, and casual players into the lower divisions, but still offer competition within that division.
If you're on Facebook, we've got an app there (http://apps.facebook.com/real-racing/) which will let you compare your rank against your Facebook friends.
Finally, you can also set up your own leaderboards on the Cloudcell site. Make sure you log in to your profile, find the people you want in your leaderboard and click the "Follow User" button. Your profile page will then show you a personalised leaderboard.
I know that's not exactly what you were asking for, but hopefully something there will be closer to what you're after :) Happy racing!
