Alex Chaffee's dashboard

It'd be nice if RescueTime gave me more feedback while it's in action. Since I'm on a Mac, it'd be nice if it used Growl to tell me when it think I've switched apps, or gone idle. I might not want to enable this feature all the time but it'd be good to gain confidence in the app while first using it. Any chance you guys could add this feature? Or can you think of a way I can write it for myself, using AppleScript or reading a data file of yours?
