Basically we had problems writing new data to our main storage machines. This forced us to stop adding new content and also caused some problems with recently added content (ie. they albums won't play properly). Our developers have been working hard to solve this for over a week and we think we have it now. We'll hopefully update our catalogue tomorrow with a lot more content and fix the faulty tracks and get back on a regular schedule for new music.

You'll have to create a new iTunes account for Sweden or without a country restriction in order to get the app as Spotify is not available in the US app store.

Spotify will always try and install on the memory card/drive with the most space. If it's installed on the wrong one you can try uninstalling and clearing the caches and reinstalling and it should grab the biggest.

No, they should always play the cached track but you can always force Spotify offline and it will definitely not use any bandwidth.

Yes, we're aware that certain characters aren't properly handlede. We're working to solve that in a future update, in the mean time the only method to log in would be to change your password so it doesn't include those characters.

What I meant by shared links is if you shared the playlists with friends they would likely have the links to the lists. If not then unfortunately you'll have to rebuild the lists. – Andres, on November 25, 2009 07:35
