Sorry to hear you're still having problems. I've raised this as a ticket with our developer and we'll look into it ASAP. However it's going to be very difficult for us to track down and fix if we can't reproduce the problem ourselves, but we'll do the best we can.

Silverback is really targeted towards usability testing so I imagine you'll be able to find a more general screen capture application that will do the trick better.

Have you tried downloading the file to your desktop and either dragging the file to your dock icon or dropping it on the app itself? You may also want to try double clicking the licence or dragging it onto the licence panel in the preferences pane.

If that doesn't work, let me know your details and I'll email you a new licence.
