This offer is valid only for new users who signed up with Rebtel using voucher code "pay10get20" and make their first payment.
If you are using your number for the first time and made first payment but not yet received extra credit, I would request you to contact me at anjani[dot]daita[at]rebtel[dot]com or customer support with your account details and explain the situation. We will help you out for sure.
Although getsatisfaction is an excellent tool to solve problems, email is still best way to go for account and payment issues.

I am sorry that you couldn't read answers to your questions from earlier post.
Please let me make it clear again,
1. Why only for new customers: We want users to try our services so that they are convinced that our service is better than what we say. And hence offer is only for new users (not for existing users or users who de-link/cancel their old accounts to just get extra credit or free mintues). We also have good offers for exising users so that they are happy with our service and rates.
For example, exising users can now call India for as low as 2.9 cents/min. I hope you have seen that.
Offers are not always for new users :)
2. Checking validity of voucher codes: As I mentioned earlier, there is no way for us to control posts outside Rebtel.com even after our best efforts to contain. We ensure that our affiliates when they post voucher codes they mention terms and conditions along with expiry date/condition. However, there is always viral spread of codes and sometimes people may or may not publish those T&C. If you got hold any of those codes you can punch in that code in Rebtel.com site to see if it works or just ask the site admin where you have seen such a post to check if that voucher code is still valid.
3. Call quality: We always try to ensure call qualities are at highest levels humanly possible. However, if things go out of control we do inform users what and why it went wrong and steps we took to make sure quality is good again.
I am sorry that you encountered bad quality for unknown reason. If you can contact me or customer care with your account details we will check what went wrong or what steps we can take to statisfy you as Rebtel user.

Thank you for writing to us in getsatisfaction.
All voucher codes expire after certain time or number of users. It is not possible for us to control/delete all blog posts with expired voucher codes out in the webspace as they are on external websites. However, we do our best to update such posts and provide accurate info to users all the time.
In case of "pay10get20" voucher code, it is applicable only for new sign ups and new paying users (not valid for numbers that are already registered with Rebtel). i.e. you cannot de-link a number associated with your old account and create new account just to use up free minutes or get extra credit. It is a measure taken to reduce fraud and ensure every new user get a fair chance to try our services.
If you registered with your number for the first time (with pay10get20) and credited your account with USD 10, then you will receive extra USD 10 credit. Pls refer to http://www.rebtel.com/en/landing/Camp....
Nevertheless, we have some exciting offers coming up for the existing users as well using which user can call India for as low as 2.9 cents/min.

I am sorry to hear that this voucher code didn't work for you.
pay10get20 voucher code is for all new users (users who are creating accont for the first time or users who are making payments for the first time).

If you are new user you should be able to use Rebtel voucher code "pay10get20". If you are still not able to use it pls mail me your number and email id (you used to create account) at anjani[dot]daita[at]rebtel[dot]com. I will make sure that you receive that extra USD 10 credit.
