After some months as a Yokway user, I don't get the point to separate "my subcribed circles (in main page)" from "circles of my friends I have not yet subcribed (2nd tab)". I think I would prefer the opposite way: by default I would like to receive all messages of my friends in my main page, and If I am not interested in a subject I add a filter on a friend not to get his message related to a given circle.

2 main features are offered to user attention on Yokway homepage:
- the first one is a search feature
- the second buton is a "share something"
If you are on the Google homepage ou have only one feature: search (and many other applications and feature, but later)
If you are on new Facebook is more clear now: is it "Post" before everything. (BTW that is a recent change, before it was more a "Search my friend engine")

Is Yokway a "post engine" or a "search engine"?
Personnaly I have understood Yokway more as a "post engine" than a "search engine"; it is why I am a little bit confused by the last version that mix a lot "search" and "post" feature on the homepage.

Don't you think that smart integration within Facebook is a must-have for this service?
The mass users (I am not talking about the early adaptors) will always ask themselves "why should I use Yokway instead of Facebook" ? You should probably provide a good answer, shouldn't you?

I think there is a confusion between the "Post" feature and the "Search" feature; personally I think you should focus on the Post feature.

I think the cartoon banner on top of Yokway is useless (even if the picture is cute) :
- disturb attention from the content
- disturb from brand awareness
(would be usefull in a second step to personnalise the service, but now)
