I'm not 100 percent sure on this myself, lots of core this and data that and what not. Adding too many accounts seems to be the root of the issue. The state doesn't seem to save, and because of that you come back to the same place every time you open Tweetie.

Some people have good luck refreshing just before they close Tweetie, but it doesn't work for everyone. – ashponders, on November 23, 2009 17:05

I changed this to In Progress, but as I said, we've got the fix for this bug already done, we just need to get it out.
