I added "Firefox" to the User-Agent string (using the User Agent Switcher add-on). The missing checkboxes appeared and I successfully disabled the Share icon.

The last checkbox is "add inline image to Craigslist listings" and it is unchecked. The share icon still appears in the location bar (after restart).

It isn't apparent which of the Settings checkboxes is for this location bar icon.

hmmm... The same thing happens with FF 3.5.3, for which I have a separate profile. Feedly was working fine until a few days ago, so it could very well be another extension. – aslam, on October 24, 2009 21:57

Yes, that's the URL that I got to -- using the toolbar button. It seems to get redirected to the error page:

FF Addons->Preferences shows different/empty options than the dialog launched via the dropdown on the toolbar. Also, the Addons->Preference dialog doesn't close when OK is clicked, nor does it apply the changes.

Secondly, rather than use a toolbar that takes up real estate, I'd prefer one or more button that can be optionally added to the menu or nav bars. In particular, a button for Pinging a message or link that allows pinging to the pre-configured groups -- Ping Fire isn't compatible w/ FF 3.5.1, and it doesn't show my groups.

Login dialog appears after successful login

On some sites, like netvibes.com & bigthink.com, the Sxipper login dialog appears even after successful login, and has to be closed/hidden manually. This happens on every page on the site that one navigates to during an active session.
