URGENT - invoicing not working

I have created an invoice but when I click 'mark as sent' the system logs me out. When I log back in it says "Sorry, you're not allowed to see that page. You have requested a page which you don't have permission to view."
If I try to save as a PDF nothing happens. Emailing also is not working ??!!

I seem to have a problem with long messages getting cut off 50-ish lines down on my iphone screen. Is this a know bug?

I would be very happy just to have pages optimised for the iPhone.
I also use Backpack ( http://www.backpackit.com/ ) and some clever person came up with iBackpack ( http://violetpixel.com/ibp/ ). Something like that would do it for me.

CSV upload not appearing

I have downloaded a series of transactions from my cater allen account - one month at a time for one financial year. All have uploaded successfully except one. I choose the file and clicked upload and it seems to go fine, like the others. But then nothing appears.
I have tried logging out and in again; and also re-downloading the csv.
Neither works

I have an out of pocket expense for software bought from the US. How is the vat dealt with? Do I just put 0%?
