ahoy. just letting you know that my products and companies page is getting all 500 on my ass:

Hi, thanks! So he's an odd development, I logged in as you in FF 3.5 and the video showed up ok for me. The likely case is that you may have an old version of the flash player installed which our detection is failing to find. So let's drill down a little bit! In Firefox 3.5 on either platform, try this:

- If you are logged in on robo.to, scroll down and click log out

- Clear your cache (that's in the advanced section of preferences, under network, they call it "offline storage, " just click the clear now button)

- log back into robo.to

at this point, you should see your "Latest" tab show up. click your user name in the top left, and tell me exactly what you see there. when you say no video, do you mean you see an empty box at the top?

when you DO see a video on your home page, would you mind right-clicking on that sucker and telling me the results of clicking "About Adobe Flash Player" as well?

sorry this has been such a bear! there is an auto-detect in the recorder which is pretty clearly not doing it's job, esp on windows. we're on the case and should have a fix pushed live this week, though. thanks a lot for your patience with this!!!

hi, that sounds to me like Flash isn't happy on your machine. it might just need an upgrade. can you try installing the latest from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and see what happens?

exactly. what we need for a roboto in order to process all the frames is 5 seconds or more. i've been working on a polite reply via email when we encounter that case, but it's obviously not in there yet ;-)

I've just resent your confirmation email, it looks like AOL is still blocking our email as spam, we've been working on it.

In the mean time I've also marked you as confirmed so you should be able to log in to robo.to now. Sorry for the snag!

hi, it looked like some junk data got in there (there was a tumblr link in your linked in module and the location module had somehow been added twice). tracking down what might have gone wrong but in the mean time, see if it looks ok now....

yes, permalinks are in the works, the twitter feed you see is cached for about 20-25 minutes to defend against their periodic outages....
