When do you plan to fix character encoding problems?

After Pathable debuted successfully in Hungary at the WebSymp earlier this year, lots of other conferences would love to use and pay for your service if you could fix annoying character encoding problems.

Please let me know what are your plans with this problem so I can inform the organizers.

Attending status

When a user's 'attending status' is set to NO, but she has complied a personal schedule, she shouldn't be displayed on the sessions page among 'real' attendees, because it's a bit misleading, and unfortunately we've experienced a lame misuse of this gap to pretend a session to be more popular than it is.

It's not a core problem of course and I think it's really rare, just wanted to let you know.

I've noticed that attendees' tags are displayed like they were randomly aggregated... (having wrong numbers next to them)

Token issues

Hi again :)

I had some frustrating time trying to create and edit new invitation messages, that have working invitation codes/tokens inside.

Finally I found a solution in 'Plain text' mode to put tokens in the message, but there should be an easier way...

Can't assign speakers to sessions

When I edit a session and try to assign a speaker to it, the site reports it was successfully updated, but nothing happens (no speakers getting assigned).

Character encoding problems

On the image below you can see sessions I've added few weeks ago (with the picture of the presenters), and sessions with the same title I've added today. Now the 'manage sessions' part has character encoding problems that weren't before.



Other parts of the site can handle these characters, but the great 'badge creator' fails again :(



We would really like to use Pathable for our event, so please help us to handle these problems.

I closed out myself...

I created a site (websymp4) and changed my role form 'host' to 'speaker', and since I was the only host, I closed myself out... :S and now no one can reach the admin interface!
