Remove the blank categories- video and photo gallery(make option in preferences)

make a option in the 'preferences' to remove the Video and Photo gallery.

or : remove theme just if theme blank categorie

before i used in feedly, i used in netvibes(and more like him), and there was option to add a bookmark. for me it's very helping, because it my homepage and i have a too match bookmarks of services, that not convenient to put them in my browser bookmarks.
