'Old' Pokens do not connect to new ones

I has a couple of 'old' Pokens (may 2009). All of them do not connect to new Pokens. Is there a known compatibility problem or do I have to remove and install the batteries again as suggested in another thread?

How about a self adhesive tag to be used on a fixed location. with this people can connect to the location (their favorite hotspots) in addition to connecting to people.

What happens when my Poken exceeds its maximum of 64 contacts?

What happens when my Poken exceeds its maximum of 64 contacts without transferring these to the computer? I understand it cannot store more contacts.
But does it still send its own identity to new contacts?
Or does it stop working completely?

You might want to geotag the address or zipcode information to coordinates. That makes it even easier to be used.

This functionality can be combined with the Poken Domes for additional LBS features...
