I think a document is like a word document. I definitely don't call my photos and videos documents. They are files. Not spreadsheets or documents or presentations, just files. I think you should rename documents to files.

My apologies Lorren. I read the question as wanting to create like a theme gallery (which didn't make sense because only my company wants a theme that looks like my Web site). I think I misunderstood the point here :)

Definitely would be great to have UI customisation features.

Can't you add a tag for document:1 and attach it to a ticket that way?

Who cares about themes, if you can skin it to match your business then great. User themes for the sake of looking nice don't improve project productivity.

Honestly, please don't add this feature. I'll have to wade through so many options when adding a task (new task) and when viewing a task.

Easy, rename a task and add a space before the name to bring it to the top of the list. Two spaces moves a name to above that one. And so on..

In lieu of documentation I'm planning to use my instructional design skills to create a help and support resource for Goplan. I'm not affiliated with them but I would love to show others how they can use this product to do awesome stuff!

The prices can't be beat. After trying most online PM apps, there is huge value in the $35/mo plan. Unlimited everything (well who needs more than 40 current projects)? :)

+1 for a wiki feature. Although, a discussion is pretty much a wiki isn't it? Maybe add categories to discussions.

I can wait for this. There is another app called MS Project that does gantt charts. Here's all you do:

Drag and drop tasks in the desired order. Add sub-tasks if you need to. Plan 1 week at a time and you won't need to worry too much about getting off track.
