Tickets.
What I'd like to see is an easier way to create and link tasks to tickets. Tasks can be steps to accomplish to complete a ticket. Tickets are requests/requirements (internal or external) and are the core item of planning requirements.
Perhaps don't have a tasks section. You can only access tasks by viewing a ticket and seeing the tasks you've created for it.
Or, have reverse/reciprocal linking: I link a task to a ticket (using a tag) and the ticket automatically links to the task. Same for events.
Basecamp does this reverse linking well.
I think GoPlan is better value for money. It's a pain having to recycle projects all the time.
I do like how you can view archived projects in Basecamp whereas GoPlan doesn't let you view them. Might as well delete them :)

I'd love this too. I like to use a scrum/agile inspire approach to projects and productivity. An output/feature can be a milestone with tasks to reach the milestone as the tasks/tests like in scrum software dev.
Or, a task can be a story and a sub-task can be a task/test like in agile.
Either way, seeing a link between milestones and tasks is key.

Make it easy to add multiple tasks to a projectWhen I add a task to a milestone in a project, I get taken to the edit/comments page for the task. Usually I'm entering multiple tasks for the milestone and it is a pain to have to go back to the milestones page to add a task all the time. I'd like to add a task, then add another task and so on. Keep me on the milestone view with the New Task button.

Error: creating [new folder]. [new folder] already existsWhen I create a new folder the status update message says 'folder [new folder name] already exists'. New folder not created. It doesn't though because I just created it. The folder is still created fine, the message is the bug.
