Guys, thanks for the feedback... i'm sorry if i shot the messenger, I know the drill of dev and cust trust and sat... suffice to say I felt this was a forum to give you feedback and that feedback was that private groups are critical to your future as is keeping your customer evangelists informed of whats to come and where if falls on the list of priorities. To hear that feature sets are being relegated to product groups to be "heard" did strike a chuckle. Honestly guys, and there is nothing personal here, but the product innovation has seemingly slowed to a crawl.
