Bonzer Wolf's dashboard

Everytime @atlasshrugs posts a tweet I get a direct msg from bonzerwolf to bonzerwolf. I don't follow this account. I even blocked it but it still does not stop the DM on each and every tweet. Has anyone seen anything like this? What to do?

I am getting direct messages from another twitter account which I have now blocked. But the direct message shows the tweet both to and from my account, not the account who actually tweets the message
