auto-complete based on frequency of contact

I'd like to see auto-complete of emails be more intelligent and order the options by the frequency we mail the contact. I have a "gary" I mail multiple times a day, and a "gary" I haven't mailed in a year (but don't want to delete), but "old gary" still comes up at the top. I know there are various ways I can work around this, but the way I'm suggesting is that auto-complete be a little more intelligent.

In addition, a match in the "Personal Addressbook" should always be listed above one from "Collected Addresses"

I'm enjoying postbox from a feature perspective, but I'm going to have to switch back to Thunderbird I'm afraid. Is there any additional debugging I can do to help resolve this?

I should have done more homework. This is a pretty narrow use case.

First of all, I didn't even know about M. I use R.

It's not related to the topic areas.

I have a saved search where "Status is not read" (see http://getsatisfaction.com/postbox/to...). R doesn't work in there. M does. Hardly a big deal, but still kind weird.

marking multiple messages as read using the keyboard doesn't work in the "Topic View"

It's pretty much everything, randomly.

Just now, for instance. Loading a message in in inbox, delay. Loading the next 3 messages, no problem.

Before that, I was in a "favorite topic" view, on my inbox, and deleting messages. I would delete a message, then it hung. Delete, hung. But now I'm doing the same thing, no issues.

Just now while typing this message, I alt tabbed back to the app, 1 second hang. I wasn't performing any action.

This time, using a saved search folder, opened a new message, delay.

All of these activities happened in the span of about 5 minutes. I can keep doing a play by play if you really want. :)

Did that. When I started it had 405MB of Virtual Size and 230MB of Private Bites, according to process explorer.

It hung for 5 minutes before I finally killed it. The process had an occasional CPU spike, but the memory numbers didn't move at all.

After a restart it's fine, but that's to be expected.

Of note, I've been testing for 2 days (after a break between a few betas). I wouldn't thing my index would need much cleansing yet. I also haven't built any indexes yet.

This thread and a few others indicate this problem is resolved, but it definitely isn't. I just had a 450MB image. It was after a big search, so I wonder if the memory is being released after that.

Since I often keep the contact sidebar closed, it would nice for it to auto-open when I select a message with an attachment.

This feature showed up in the latest tb3 beta and already saved me. Definitely recommended.
