Robert, thanks for your feedback. We will be hosting demo videos at http://www.minggl.com/videos.php that should help you understand features. One is up now, more on the way. We are also working on some other ways to help you to educate users on feature. Stay tuned.

"Show More" button

It seems to me when you click "show more" next to a topic that a response should appear. Currently, only more detail of the topic is included. This makes the most sense for questions. If I click "show more" next to a question I would expect to see a company response...especially if it was tagged "faq".

This is not likely an issue with Minggl. Please look into finding these answers through Facebook's help. If you are having trouble with Minggl functionality after that then let us know. Thanks

Mansi, Please check your toolbar settings. Starting on the toolbar go to Menu/Settings Panel/mStream Settings. Make the the box for "Show mStream in Toolbar" is checked.

The most likely situation is that you previously attached that social profile to another Minggl account. You'll need to login to the original Minggl account you created and remove that profile from the account. You may then login to your recently created Minggl account and add the profile.

I'm getting this message when I try to attach a profile "This profile is currently attached to another Minggl user....please contact support if you think someone has stolen your account." What should I do?

create a unique URL for each feedback option (ask a question, share an idea, report a problem, start a discussion) so we could link people directly to a specific tab

A comment on the idea "Links back to a company's website" in Get Satisfaction:

yeah, saw the link at the bottom...with all the other links, colors, etc on the page I can see users having trouble finding it. They probably expect that a company's logo at the top of the page should take them back. – Brian, on July 18, 2008 22:42
