Our business plan outlines a several routes for us to make money at this point. The primary avenue is selling our product into business and enterprise for private internal use and to other websites as their commenting/annotation platform. The secondary avenue is by hosting ads in the margin (Please note we are still deciding on how to balance the fidelity of our user experience in the margin while showing advertisements).

You cannot delete comments you make with the current version of the product. The next version (due at the end of September) will allow you to edit/delete comments to your heart's content until you share them.

Bill, this is an issue with an old version of our extension, upgrading to version 1.2 or later should solve the problem. Uninstalling is straight-forward, go to the Tools menu then select Add-ons then select the Extensions tab. You should see a list of currently installed extensions, select Reframe It and then press the uninstall button.

Hi Carl,
If you click on the 'Margin' menu (top left) and then select 'Disable Margin' then the margin (what we call the sidebar) will not any requests to Reframe It's servers. You can open/close the IE margin by hitting Control-/
We are currently working on a new version of the IE extension and would appreciate any feedback you may have.
You can uninstall by going to Add/Remove programs under Windows.
